100 years old. Somewhat weak, but very alert. Wants her independence as much as possible.
Without a doubt, it is the cheapest made $1600 piece of...
It has run for the first several months that I have owned it.
Seat very uncomfortable, anchored by only one bolt so it rocks from side to side. Afraid to put too much down pressure on arms, given they are only hollow tubes. Not powerful enough to climb an 18" ramp up to a 4" step and door sill from my garage into my house. Tires must be made of plastic. They have no traction.

Use may be difficult for some patients
Nice idea and size. Great battery situation and charging. Easy to change side of joy stick. I marked down "ease of use" because of the ultra sensitive joy stick.
Joy stick is WAY too sensitive for my patient and she was/is a very sharp intelligent person. She had excellent tactical skills, typed like a bandit, etc. This machine is used with speed control turned to slowest speed. It has a tendency to "overrun" when released which causes big problems of running into objects. This embarrasses and scares her and she doesn't want to use it. There is a major learning curve with this unit. Many of we supposedly "normal" people can barely navigate with the joy stick, just too sensitive. I have her using a 3-wheel Pride Go-Go Ultra which is working great for her but is really big to navigate easily in the home. Now it is just a big lump in the way. Sorry.

Mobility unit for a stroke patient who is fully cognitive but has little use of right arm/leg. Regular walkers won't work but a "hemi" walker works.
A good product, but not as good as I would like to have.
Very good for getting around the house, goes into every room. Very good on pavement. Ok on hills. Very good speed (but not needed by me).
No seat belt, battery only lasts one or two days (about 2-1/2 to 4 miles at most), no good in grass (gets stuck in tiny ruts- too small to see), sits and spins in wet grass.

I would recommed if travel is needed
I've only had this working for a few days it seems fine. It is small. It does break down into parts, my wife can do it and the parts are light enough do she can handle them.
It has small wheels that can get stuck. The instructions could have been better removing the packing so the battery will work. There should not be black writing on black plastic.

Terrible experience. It would not run. Joystick would jam...
Easy of use
Undependable.

Less than a month and 2 service calls!
Not provided
We have had this for less than a month and today we had to make the second service call. First, my sister was unable to use it for 4 days while awaiting new joystick. Today I do not know what is wrong with it other than she cannot get around. She is not mobile without it. We are waiting to hear back from manufacturer!
