Seat hinges and supports are plastic, will not last long. Also, if you are use to front or mid drive wheels you will not like this rear wheel driven chair, very different to control.

I feel that in order to keep price down, shortcuts were probably used. Would I have purchased this knowing What I know now? No! I purchased this one because it was what I needed and could afford but it has decreased my abilities to go where I need to go.

I am using it for mobility when I am out shopping...it's portable.

It has a jerky ride with unpredictable movement.
