5/5 Meets Expectations
Reviewer: tom s. from arab, al (caregiver)
User Details: I bought the chair for my mother, age 95; arthritic hip and leg finally rendered her unable to walk.
Strengths: In a regular wheelchair we had before, I often found my mother slumped forward, asleep. I specifically wanted a chair with a high back, reclining feature and head support so she could tilt backward and snooze. Also ordered width little more than necessary as a standard chair was confining and she wanted a little more room to be comfortable.
Weaknesses: The brake handles were a little too short and awkward for her to reach. The therapist at the nursing home replaced them with some longer handles. Otherwise there were no weaknesses. My mother really enjoyed the chair.
