Adequate for the purposes purchased.
Price and utility.
Had a problem with the connection coming loose from the battery terminal. Fixed it with some electrical tape.

Good battery life.
After just a couple of uses, the foot plate area broke. Its a cosmetic cover but it should not have broken. We have no idea who covers the warranty.

The ramp was half the length it needed to be
Enabled us to take the wheelchair with us
Ramp was too short and there is nothing to secure the wheelchair to the lift. Handicapped people will have a hard time using it

Works better than having to disassemble to transport
Need to carry a thin piece of wood to start wheelchair up the ramp due to thickness of the square bar on end of ramp, also have trouble lining up both locking pins when ramp is in travel mode
