I am 66 years old and have a bad knee.
It has been really nice being able to take a scooter...
I love the battery pack. No hard wiring it to the vehicle.
It can be scary to watch when going over bumps. It looks like the scooter will fall off, but it doesn't.

Affords the ability to live an almost normal life again. Now the wife can go out and do things without worrying about me at home.
Very easy to use.
Excellent construction very strong parts.
Platform will bounce a little on rough roads while carrying your scooter.

Wife age 68 with one bad ankle and two very bad knees.
Actually strong enough to haul the scooter off-road
The new model Quad XL actually will tilt the scooter or chair in toward the vehicle. It's locking foot will actually lock your scooter strong enough that you may need to support the scooters floor to avoid breaking it..

64 LEGS AND HIPS SHOT HARD TO WALK
This lift is very heavy duty and secure.
It is well designed and made of very durable components. It is easy to use.
The installation manual could be clearer especially when describing the attachment of the clamping device to the lift mechanism and requirements for wiring the lift to the vehicle. Since this lift comes with a battery, it is not clear why a connection to the vehicle's battery is required. I did not wire my vehicle.

I'm a 67 year old male, on oxygen with limited mobility. This lift is very easy to use and not too dificult to install.
