quality of product, technical phone support, versatility and adaptability
Weaknesses:
initial set up and leveling, keeping the alignment of the track with repeated use by mulitple care givers, DOES NOT FIT OVER COMFORT LEVEL ELONGATED MANSFIELD TOILET BOWL; footrest too high
