Visited brick and mortar stores before purchasing in order to try different models. The Nova provided the additional features we were looking for -- such as the lock when the walker is folded up. Great price compared to other stores, very easy to order online, and the chair was delivered within 24 hours of placing the order.

A little heavy, which was expected for a chair with a 24" seat width.
