rails may not be worth the bother
karen c. from chicago, il
4’ 11” arthritis, the bed feels fine, but the side rails don’t feel secure. They seem to wobble not giving a secure tight fit to frame feel.
Mattress is terrible and it slides to the side when raised
The lifts of the bed are fine and so it far work fine.
Mattress sinks way down on sides, and slides off the box spring about 6 inches, so it has to be pulled to even up after every use.

I am a 79-year-old woman in good health. I like to read or watch TV in bed, so I wanted a bed with the head and leg lifts. The bed itself is great

I believe this type of bed will probably help peo[le young age with other problem not medical
not good for elderly because of major safety concern side rails added are not compatible .

89 years old ,totally dependant ,requires complete assistace with ADL , skin impairment ,disoriented and restless
would not recommend for heavy elderly patients
Firm mattress provides support in all adjusted positions.
Soft sides/edges of firm mattress put elderly at risk of rolling out of bed. Purchased and installed optional bed rails...was horrified to find there were no predrilled holes ready for installation...leaves customer to measure, drill, install...and even if installed as instructed, the bar is not as rigid as it should be.
