Disappointed
It is tall enough to be helpful. This was the primary reason I bought this product.
My sister had a great deal of trouble putting this walker together and ended up having to pay someone to finish the job. The basket is very awkward to put in place and must be removed every time the walker is folded for transport. This walker was difficult for my sister to use, and so she decided to return it.

Although there are 2 features I wish were different I still...
Quality walker that is easy to use. It has brakes that work and wheel size is great and aids mobility. Basket and seat make this the best walker I have seen.
The back rest is absolutely necessary but does not move forward and back making it harder to reach the basket when it is on the front. To use the basket under the seat doesn't work because lifting up the seat to put stuff in the basket starts folding up the walker. Also I don't like the basket because it is difficult to keep hooked on the walker.

Have difficulty with balance and possible falls without using the walker or canes due to issues with joint replacements
Best when used outside the home
Small, compact size. Easy, smooth glide over bumpy sidewalks and streets. Brake system is very good, stops immediately and holds well for use stepping up on curbs, etc.
1. Walker does not close easily, and does not stay closed when you try to put the folded walker in the car. 2. the brake cables are way too long, they catch on furniture, bushes,etc.3.Seat is not easily removable.

Arthritis and nerve damage in back, hands and feet. Unable to balance properly.
This was the only walker we could get him to use.
Stylish, easy to use. The basket was a nice feature.
It would be nice if there was a way to put some friction on the wheels so it would not roll quick as fast. Dad didn't have much strength in his hands to use the brakes quite like we would have liked. If we could adjust the wheels just a bit so he could still roll on, just a little slower.

I purchased this walker for my father who needed help getting around. He loved stability it provided and loved the seat when he needed it.
The rollator is a good companion.
It is sturdy.
Would be so nice to have lock brakes, just holding the hand brakes is not enough at times. When you travel with the rollator, I set it in our van, and it likes to roll around, can't lock the brakes.
