If it had built in heel guards or shoes, her feet could not slip out the back.

This pedal exerciser is super easy to use. It's remarkably stable considering how light weight it is and it's very easy to move wherever you want it. Since it's so easy to use and move I can exercise between calls at work. Yay!

It's hard to get my feet in the straps, but then that's mostly because I have a hard time bending that far down. Also, the middle part gets a little hot.
