Comet 332 HD w/ Removable Armrests
While removable armrests provide full access to the 22.5" seating area, the aluminum frame keeps the Comet 332 HD's capacity high and its weight low.

Instructions require an attendant/assistant when using the...
It appears to be solidly built and should last a while. Weight is light enough to 'easily' manage getting it into and out of my car.
As I noted in item 5: I use the chair by myself. I virtually never have someone around to assist me. At the time I bought it, I was under the impression that the chair was a 'user operated' device. That was the intent of my purchase, and is the manner in which I use it. This usage is directly opposed to the instructions provided. I chose to keep the chair in spite of the instructional limitation because there may come a time when I will need assistance to operate it. Better to have it in excess to current need than not to have it when I might need it in the future.

Great product. Wish I could bave purchased a wider chair
Removable armrests, overall quality
Wish it were a few more inches from floor to seat. Just due to my size.

User loves the arm rests being able to allow shifting in and out of chair. His knees don't allow him to stand an pivot. 80 years old and arthritis
A good product, except for the weight.
Well made , sturdy
The chair is heavy and very difficult to maneuver when loading and uploading to the car.

Well built, light weight yet sturdy.
Quality construction, light weight, perfectly sized for auto trunk, easy to maneuver.
Foot rests are fixed to frame, don’t allow movement toward center. Patient feels like her legs are spread apart too much when her feet are on the rests.

Overweight and needs transport to medical appointments.
It serves the purpose.
The seating; ease of maneuvering; It's looks
Most definitely the armrests. They are positioned too far back. I feel awkward in getting up and sitting down.

Although the seat is wide enough, it is not very deep. Does not allow for anything but short legs.

Hank Jason, 65, Peripheral Neuropathy. Normally on a 4 wheeled walker. Uses this transport chair for distances.
Ease of use & storage in car trunk
Very easy to push, set-up, much more than wheel chair was and braking system ease of use. Good chair for price and ease of purchase.
Footrest bolts for straps snapped the plastic foot rest holder, needs a stronger thicker support for bolt to secure to, plastic to thin and wife's mobility would not allow her to move foot around bolt without snapping the bolt support for strap, I wonder if it's even needed in this situation.
