User Details: 71 year old wheelchair bound man with Parkinson's Disease and is stiff.
Strengths: Easy to set up, easy to operate. A good price for this lift.
Weaknesses: It seems too large for a normal size tub. I found it very hard to get my husband on it from his wheelchair since he is so stiff. Found that we needed a handle that fits on the side of the tub so that he could try to steady himself as he was trying to lift his legs to sit on the seat.

Weaknesses: The bungee cord for folding could use improvement and knob should have rubber top and fit into palm as opposed to metal with fingertip size which hurts to turn.

Reviewer: dorothy s. from glencove, ny (caregiver)
User Details: Wheelchair-bound 83 year old, who wants to remain in her home of 63 years.
Strengths: Very easy for my father to use. One word: simplicity.
Weaknesses: The only weakness we have found is in the band used to fold the lift for storage. It is very tight, and difficult for the average person to function. Also, the round plastic piece on the band was broken at time of shipment.
