Low price but poor construction.
Second handle to lock the wheels when helping the user in and out of the chair.
Features on paper sound great. Poor construction makes the chair marginal. When handles are locked in place, they each still rotate in a 30 degree arc. Handles with this much flexibility make it difficult to push the chair, especially on uneven surfaces. Chair is also heavier than expected thus making it difficult to lift in and out of the car. Solid tires may not puncture but are weighty. Chair was built to sell for a low price and shows it. Hand brake cables are routed so they stick out to the side of the chair back. Easy to catch them of an object when passing by in a close space. Disappointed in this product. In the near term I need to replace this chair with one that is better built.
