I don't like the sling and had to buy a new one with mesh fabric.

I am a 77 year old female who is 4 foot 10 inches tall and like the lift itself, but the instructions were less than good.

We did not even get it out of the box as it was apparent the lift was too bulky for caregivers to use and would not even fit in a modified van; this was an expensive mistake with return shipping and the restocking fee.
