   User Details: I am a 77 year old female who is 4 foot 10 inches tall and like the lift itself, but the instructions were less than good.

   Strengths: Ease of use.

   Weaknesses: I don't like the sling and had to buy a new one with mesh fabric.

   User Details: 31 year old in chair with very limited mobility.

   Strengths: N/A

   Weaknesses: We did not even get it out of the box as it was apparent the lift was too bulky for caregivers to use and would not even fit in a modified van; this was an expensive mistake with return shipping and the restocking fee.

   Strengths: The quality of the advance patient lift and portability is a good combination.
