I'm satisfied with my purchase.
The workmanship is excellent.
It's awkward to attach to vehicle and probably should be painted to reduce glare.

Excellent selection, assistance, and delivery.
Very well designed, save to operate, can be handled by one person
The assembling instructions could be improved with clearer detail drawings

I am the user of the various items purchased from you. The standard 16" manual wheel chair I use around the house and on quick short trips.
assembly instructions could be more explicite
light weight
should have built-in retractable tie-downs, (which is shown in one of your pictures) And I expected to be on the one that I got.

A good product but not right for my needs
Light weight and good for many uses. It probably works fine if an able bodied person is there to help the crippled person lower the ramp.
It is too hard for a person with limited strength to manipulate the draw bar and pins.

I am 62 years old with arthritis that limits my mobility.
customer service was fabulous and the product was as...
Lightweight and easy to use
The bogie wheel was useless the first time it touched the ground it broke in half

Dollar for dollar the best buy
Well constructed
Sliding ramp should have rollers. They would provide greater ease to return the ramp to storage.
