good product, great price, but not suitable for my needs.
Ease of use with tiller control, size suitable for indoor use without wrecking the house. Stylish appearance.
Arms too short, seat too small, lack of seat rise or seat back recline as options. Lack of suitable places to hook carry bags on armrests, or discrete way to carry catheter bag. Needs better tie down system to allow transport with passenger.

maneuverability, easy to drive. Comfortable. It's also a lot faster than her older chair we replaced. A big smile on her face with that one.
If the seat could slide forward another inch, transition from the toilet or the bed would be much easier. From a mechanical stand point, the set screws used to tighten the arm rest continually loosen due to my wife leaning/pushing on the arm rest. Instead of simple set screws. a nut and bolt drilled through the arm rest structural bars would provide a more secure arm rest. My wife also tells my that the flair at the front of the foot rest gets in the way from time to time, when she pulls up under her desk or at the sink.

would buy again & recommend
Excellent quality. Works great on city buses. Does everything I need it to do
The joy stick is very sensitive, I suppose because of the short turning radius. Might cause problem for person with hand stiffness

Good Chair
1)It's Speed. 2)And how great it goes in the snow. 3)How quit the relays are.
1)The Horn is WAY TOO SOFT!!!!! 2)My wife has cats, and the wheels pick up the hair, and works it to the bearings. If you could make a option of brushes on all the wheels to keep them clean so the user ISN'T tracking dirt through the house or in the van.

Chair is just a little big for our house.
Durability, looks so great/nice almost afraid to let her take it outdoors, afraid someone would try and steal it from her!
The armrests are only 10" long and the back of the seat takes up almost 4", that leaves just 6" for her to rest her arms. With her over-weight/size she needs a longer armrest or a method to extend the existing ones.

Good product however there are small ergonomic changes that...
the chair is easy to control. It is relatively comfortable. It keeps pace with my walking friends. it is a durable machine--evidenced by the abuse my old jazzy took(this is my second one). I like the chair.
Weaknesses of the new chair: the foot pad is a bit obstructive/big and makes it difficult to place your foot back into the chair. All models could really use retractors for the seatbelts. They often drag on the floor. Relative to my old jazzy: the batteries could be a little easier to change.

Sturdy, well built machine.
A bit touchy on control but feel that practice will improve this feeling.

My daughter loves this chair!
This is a quick, quiet, easily maneuverable chair. It is comfortable and has a great selection of options available to meet many needs. This chair feels sturdy and secure not like it is going to fall apart going over the next small bump. It works well inside and out!! I would highly recommend this chair.
I have found no weaknesses with this chair whatsoever. I wish it had options for power seating and legs though. That being said even with my physical weaknesses the manual elevating legs and flip up arms are easy to use!

My daughter Tara Sadler is the user of this product. She is 41 and has an incomplete C5-6 spinal cord injury. She can walk in small amounts.
I like this chair but do not like the two front wheel.
Handles easily, good speed, small turning radius.
Seat becomes uncomfortable after six or seven hours, two front wheels sick out to far making it difficult to get close to anything. Like kitchen appliances and sink.

Nice chair!
Strong motor, battery life is long, Comfortable, fast, easy to use. I'm a 40 something mom of 3 kids. I have had a few power chairs before this one. I have to say this is a great chair! Lots of color options and seat options make it even better.
None really that i can think of. One thing, there really is no need to get the swing away controls if you get the armrests that go up. It tends to swing away too easily even after tightening.
