Great multiple functioning chair
The ability to go in grass and off the beaten path. Reclining and elevating of the legs.
Little hard to operate (confusing) for someone that suffers from Parkinson's and gets confused easy.

I think it could be a little bit heavier duty.
How easy it is to use for disabled people.
I think the plate for your scooter or wheelchair could be a little more ridged.

Harmar seems to make a quality product and is compatible wiht my Jazzy 6 Power Wheel Chair.
It would help if there was a diagram showing where exactly the tie-down straps go.
