Reviewer: sam m. from charlotte, nc (caregiver)

User Details: My brother is the user and is in a nursing home in WV. He needs assistance getting up and down and this chair is great and takes up less space

Strengths: Wall hugging and space saving; especially due to nursing home he is in is smaller than previous assisted living space

Weaknesses: None, only issue I had was the service provider who was supposed to provide the $200 "White Glove" service. I didn't receive this service and had to push back to get the refund/credit of the $200. that wasn't performed. Thanks to customer service for this credit/refund for the service was provided.
