I find this bench handles my needs for bathing (along with a hand held shower head).
Reviewer: linda l. from san francisco, ca
User Details: The user is wheel chair bound due to severe arthritis in her knees. She cannot stand for a shower, so she uses the transfer bench in the bathtub.
Strengths: The legs of the bench are straight, not splayed. The seating area is large enough and comfortable enough for a good bathing experience. The back is removable and it can be used left hand or right hand.
Weaknesses: The seam around the bench will crack after a while, which can cause the bench to tilt a bit.

Strengths: The ability for bench to slide, the seat belt and the fact that we could get leg extensions so we could use it over our high jacuzzi tub.
