Ease of use, once one gets the hose in the right curve.

I am 67, handicapped by a heart condition, use walker, somewhat home bound, I force myself to do things. I used to be a boxer.

The length of the hose and also the on off button.

I don't see any weaknesses using the hand held shower.

Its lenght being seven feet long allows her to place it on her transfer bench while soaping up and then washing off.

The wall holder will not work with our tile as it is an iregular surface instead of flat. Other then that It is great.
