Strengths are the number of different positions you have to choose.
The product’s weaknesses are that you can feel the boards on the arms . Plus it doesn’t feel like it has good support where the back meets the seat. I was expecting better quality for something that cost almost three thousand dollars.

This chair is very comfortable and has a lot of options for positions. The Zero Gravity is great for my back.
The only position that I can use without having back pain...
It's easy to use and adjusts to the different positions smoothly.
The one main problem I have is that no matter how I adjust the lumbar cushion I have lower back pain that manifests itself when I arise from the chair. The ZG position is the only one that doesn't give that effect.
