Golden did its best to maintain the quality of this product. My wife had no trouble adapting to it.

We haven't found any weaknesses in this wheelchair. My wife loves it.

Controls are very active.

Rear wheels seam to catch rugs occasionally while turning.

Very well designed chair, rolls along at a fast speed for long straight distance. Control lever reacts to slightest touch. Set speed for area you are in, tight turning radius.

Arm rests at their lowest point are just a little too high

15 miles between charges, hard tires so no flats, turns on a dime. This chair is great!

Once learned easy to use.

I have difficulty getting in because the controls are on the right arm. The controls are also very sensitive. You need a place to practice handling the chair until you learn how to operate it.
