Because of the high gearing, its weakness is it has no hill climbing power. Also, this item can be dangerous due to its ability to tip sideways.

I am disabled with severe lower back, and nerve damage. I use two canes and a walker due to my limited mobility.

I received excellent back up from your crew. Sent me a manual by email, and I was able to get it running. The charge was the problem, I had to leave the charger on for 24 hours.

The only problem that I have had is the lack of information that came with the scooter! But it all got handled by SpinLife.
