So far after a month it's great!
We like that it breaks down for easy transport. The battery is a bit heavy (we have the 15 hour one) It's nice that we can change colors on the fenders when they start to fade.
The large metal basket for the rear was way to big for us and made the scooter too heavy for transport. Maybe a sling for two people to carry the battery to and from would be a good idea. Cup holder got in the way and was removed so it wouldn't snap off.

My husband is 81 with balance issues, unable to take the Florida temperatures above 80*. He can't walk far on his own without sitting frequently.
Now that I've adjusted to it, I love this scooter!
I love the power that it has, and the extra features
