Very good for people who can transfer to chair and go!
It's narrow width and short wheelbase help to navigate into bathroom or small areas.
Consider just a little longer (+4 in) cable from controller to battery. When arm folds down, it's really stretched and comes out of cable guides.

I have MS and use the Jazzy Passport for in-home and travel vacation. Folds nicely into the back or trunk of car.
The product is okay.
Sturdy and nice looking.
The wheels came deflated and I'm having hard time getting air to the 35 limit.

The user is my wife she is an amputee
This product is awesome
The ease of operating and the assembly of this is so easy.
The one I feel is a weakness is the footrest, its made out of plastic, it tends to bend when feet are placed on them. | Thanks for your review, we will pass this information along to the manufacturer. - SpinLife

I purchased this for my mom.
Excellent quality, strong battery life and easy to fold.
Portability, well built, five speeds from very slow for tight maneuvers in house to a brisk walk speed for out doors. This chair has given my wife independence to go anywhere without my help.
Wish there was a way to desensitize the joystick on higher speeds. It would be easier for my wife to control for long walks. She has a slight tremor in her hand that steers her left or right inadvertently.

We bought the Jazzy Passport for my wife (65) who has a tough time walking even with a walker.
This is a well built portable Powerchair that has amenities...
Well Built, foldable, includes storage and cup holder, lighter weight than other well built portable Powerchairs.
Could be lighter, fold and unfold easier and run faster.

I have multiple health issues along with some physical disabilities which requires me to use a Powerchair. User is 56.
Should have purchased a long time ago.
Comfort, ease of use and easily transportable.
Control arm is too long. Battery connection is very difficult, hard to insert the connection.

70 year old woman, using a wheel chair since 1988. Partially paralyzed on left side.
The chair is very easy to use and transport.
Easy to use, lightweight, moves in small places, battery life, transports real easy.
Footrest is cheap plastic. Seat cushion too thin. it would be nice for the backrest to recline but I don't see this as a weakness.

I'm a 49 y/o paraplegic, I use the chair to help maneuver around the campus at work and the football field where I coach middle school age kids.
Already have recommended you to other people!
Being lightweight and portable.
I wish that the seat was more waterproof.

Do user is my wife and she’s very happy with the product it makes you very convenient and easy with this chair being portable for us to use when we go
A nice product that could use improvement.
Lightweight, foldable, comfortable.
Battery installation could use a better design for guide rail and pin lock.

My wife who is 71 years old has MS, relapsing and remitting.
a very nice unit but can use one upgrade
comfortable, lightweight and easy to transport in our car.
you need to strengthen the foot pad, I am afraid it will break if I accidently put to much pressure on it when transferring from chair to bed or chair at the house.
joe r. from spring creek, nv
I use the product, and I do like very much. my only concern is with the plastic foot pad, maybe it should be made stronger.
