Not soft enough

I use the recliner as a bed. Although it has 4 continuous adjustments, it does not substitute for a bed. I wake up with back aches.
Assembly a challenge (2 people), but operates great. Good...
Solid design, feel of strong motors, full independent actions. Good price compared to other independent control chairs. Also decent contemporary design as opposed to the myriad of over-stuffed, traditional, “Archie Bunker” style chairs on the market.
None really, but wish there were accessory arm sleeves, head rest cover and waterproof seat cover to match chair fabrics.

Assembly of the back A challenge (two person job), but after that very good. Operates with confidence.
Outstanding product!
Well constructed. Eye appealing
cannot think of any. I am a very happy end user.

I have bad knees. I have been using my arms to get out of chairs. As I am 300 lbs. my arms often hurt.

Lift-chair is well worth the price.
Very well constructed. Very nice stitch patterns around the arms and back. Battery back-up is of high quality.
No weakness that I could find. Would recommend the chair to anyone!

Mother is 92 years old and sometimes has difficulty getting up from certain chairs. Height of the chair determines how well she can get up.
Good quality, does not work for all users.
Adjustability
Does not raise feet above body!
roland m. from epping, nh (caregiver)
User can no longer sleep in a regular bed. Needs to have legs raised to reduce swelling.
