Chair is small and uncomfortable
The mechanics are good
Uncomfortable to sit in long duration
rita l. from craig, co (caregiver)
68 year old male, semi disabled who I bought the chair for. Unfortunately the chair is hard and uncomfortable for him to use for only a short time
Does exactly what I needed for.
Love the adjustable headrest. No need to prop my head up with a pillow any longer.
Phone charger is very slow, may be fine to just leave plugged in while using to slow battery drainage.

I suffered severe injuries to my hip and pelvis, and lower extremities, in a vehicle accident.
Has made it possible to rise without pain and difficulty.
The extensive adjustability of the chair to comfortably accommodate any use intended for it from A to Z.
Slightly smaller than I expected but I've quickly adapted to it as what I needed.

Male age 75, 30% disabled vet, obese, insulin dependent diabetic with neuropathy in feet and lower legs, COPD, fully torn rotator cuffs in shoulders.
Very nice chair overall.
Not sure at this point and time only had it a few days.
None so far.

I am 77 years old and disabled. need the chair to get up and down.
Meets expectations.
Head and lumbar support positions.
Could include a memory function on remote.
tom m. from sarasota, fl (caregiver)
75 year old wife with severe arthritis in both shoulders and one knee
Power chair meets almost all expectations.
I enjoy the various power features, especially the head, back and foot positions. The chair is very comfortable and meets almost all my expectations.
The lumbar power adjuster is virtually useless. Not sure if the position is the problem. Also having a problem with seat cushion. It is already sagging after only about a month's usage.

Not provided
Should be wider for its 350 pound limit, but it is much...
The lifting power and the Adjustable back rest.
The foot rest could be longer and I wish it had heat and massage features.

I am 81 years old and have trouble getting out of chairs. My old recliner was low and I had difficulties getting out of it.
Seems to be a good quality chair.
Ease of use.
A control with a memory setting would be a plus. She is unable to use the control which makes getting the proper position more difficult for the caregiver.
claude b. from henderson, tn (caregiver)
She is unable to walk, stand, or move about on her own. This chair makes it so much easier to transfer to a wheelchair. She is in her middle 70's.
