Putting the battery in is very awkward and bending down to...
Size and ease of putting it together, by my son. Ease of driving. Wish it came with rear view mirror.
Battery access and gear changes are difficult and/awkward to reach. Would be better if seat could be raised and was cushioned.

I am 83, active, but limited by arthritis, walking only short distances, i.e. store to handicap parking. I was hoping to regain some independence.
good for the price, you get what you pay for.
easy to handle, battery stays up for what I need it for. (a large building to get around)
hard rubber tires that don't feel round and don't give a good ride.

COPD patient. Sure helps getting around in stores & walking. It is a little heavy to transport.
I am pleased with the product I ordered.
It was very easy to put together and to use. Not as stable as it could be.

Nice scooter for the money.
Appears to be well built and sturdy.
Out of spec. parts including trailing wheel assemblies and battery packs which are distorted. Had to get it to a full charge without having a second battery pack. Horn had to be removed (sounds like a semi backing up outside, scares all the cats).

60 y.o. female with M.S., 135 lbs.
Cheaply made.
Light and increased somewhat range.
The seat is shaky especially in the higher positions, leg room could use a few inches longer and easily tips on turns. Horn too quiet and range is less than advertised. Seat could have a carry pouch on rear and a tiller mount charger plug would be easy for those who have trouble bending.

76 year old incomplete paraplegic with very limited walking ability. This scooter is a back up for traveling in place of power wheelchair.
Easy to assemble/reassemble..easy to put in vehicle..I like...
Ease of use, fairly comfortable ride, looks nice, clears small impediments fairly well, ease of maneuverability.(like color change panels!)
Battery very heavy, charger connector access a bit difficult but usable.

This scooter allows me to enjoy things again with family...
Ease of navigation and ability to break down the scooter into manageable pieces for loading and unloading.
Basket is hard to get on and off.

I have back and hip issues and cannot walk long distances. This scooter allows me to eliminate alot of the walking needed when visiting fairs and mall
This is a good scooter with some flaws that could be...
Longer battery life and comfortable seat.
There needs to be a plug-in for the charger in the tiller near the instrument panel. Seat should be able to be put into a permanent swivel position if desired. Light should be higher.

The Spitfire is used by a 60 year old woman that has severe arthritis in her knees and is obese.
Lightweight and durable scooter
It is lightweight, and so is the 12v 12amp battery box. Seems reliable. Has a nice loud horn. The batteries will take you a long ways on a charge. Has handles front and back for lifting, some scooters don't.
The turning radius is poor. You have to maneuver back and forth several times to make some turns compared to other scooters. The accelerator lever for your hand has forward-pull on the left side, when it arrives in the box. I realize this can be changed to the right hand pull, but this is peculiar and rather annoying when you first buy it.

Good product
I am very heavy and the scooter carries my weight with no problem. It is also capable of going pretty fast.
The ride is a little too rough and some times it jerks when you stop too fast. You have to pay attention to what you're doing. Also even though I love my scooter, I really need more leg room. And even though it breaks down into easier pieces. It's hard for me to put together because you have to stoop and twist etc. My stooping and twisting days are over. So I usually need help....it looks like I have a lot of complaints, but really, I am very happy with my scooter overall.

56. Overweight. Arthritis..
Great product for the disabled.
Easy operating and handling. Also the variable speeds are easy to use.
Possibility of losing control if the surface puts one of the rear wheel higher than the other.
