Very easy instructions and install.

Strengths:

Very easy to read instructions and installation was a breeze ,fit perfect in Ford F-150, easy operating controller lifts my 400 lbs wheelchair very nicely.

Weaknesses:

The only weakness I see is I would like to have the lift arm removable for when not in use.
