This chair does help me into a standing position, and I like the amount of reclining it offers.

I would like to have had an on off switch on the remote. I would also have liked to have the remote come to a stop from forward and backwards. It just continues to the function and I have to determine where the “neutral” spot is.

I have MS and need something that helps me stand up from a chair.

Very firm cushions, reasonably comfortable, easy to operate, looks nice. I use the lift on difficult days and don’t when I don’t need to. The price was good for what you get.

The foot rest would be a bit more comfortable if it were longer. Also, the seat could be a couple of inches deeper. If I had been more savvy I would have gotten a deeper seat. I’m only 5’3” but would like it to be deeper.

I’ve had multiple joint replacements and needed a chair that can assist me in getting into a standing position sometimes.
