Quality and performance are great. Has made caregiving so much easier and the bed/mattress are very comfortable. Myself, as caregiver, and the hospice aids find the bed very helpful.

Remote control, smoothly and quickly changes positions, wide width

Carelessness during assembly. We had to take apart the assist bars and change face plates as they had been placed onto the wrong side (the body of each one is made to only attach to the left or right: the way these were assembled they would not rotate correctly. Someone was not paying attention. Luckily, my husband is very handy.

Bed quickly responds to directions for changes in height of bed & also component parts. Lots more, but for me, this is the most important part.

So far, completely satisfied. No complaints.

I am a fat old lady who needs a much smaller bed than my queen size. Thought to get hospital bed b/c do not want to buy another in a year or so.

My cat, Bonita, took a couple days to get used to this great new bed. She especially enjoys the ability of lowering the bed so that getting up on bed is easier. I concur. I also like the ability of so easily raising bed for exit. The controls are accessible & easy to use. I am pleased at how responsive they are.

So far, no weaknesses. I am pleased with this purchase & think that it was money well spent.
