One item is poorly made
Able to reach cabinets and other places normally out of reach. Long battery life. Tires have good traction for outdoor use.
The free wheel levers are plastic and hang too low to the ground, so they can easily break

I am unable to use my legs due to a genetic disease, so I use it at home and elsewhare. I have a mobility van with hand controls
Nice lift chair / easy for elderly to get on and off
Lift Feature
Too Big a footprint makes it unnsuitable for tight areas...also, what if peron did not have help? Don't you think an automated foot-rest wold be in order?

The wheel chair is very durable; The lift chair is a very good feature; The chair stays charged for a good amount of time.
The toggle switch is too sensitive; need to find way to make be less sensitive when operating.

Very nice chair.
The Jazzy Air is a solid, comfortable power chair.
The technician was unsure of what to do with all of the extra wiring once the chair was complete. After a week of use, the wire attached to the hand switch for raising/lowering the chair broke. A new one is being sent and he'll have to attach the wiring differently to the chair. Also, pressing the switch didn't always raise/lower the chair. Took sometimes 3 pushes to work. However, the joystick and associated prompts always worked. When it did work it was terrific! Getting things off upper shelves, grocery shopping, etc. were great!

I am a 57 year old female, a Symptomatic Carrier of ALD.
Good maneuverability only on flat surfaces.
The ability to raise up, the lights for night time use.
Frame is too rigid, will not go over a 1 inch rise, doesnt do too well on grass or uneven surfaces, when raised all the way, there is no flexibility in the frame and the slightest of angles I found that this chair can tip over on its side if you are not sitting completely straight up. This chair would be awsome if the frame wasn't so rigid and the frame had more flexibility.

I really do like my new jazzy air chair
Sits high, difficult for short person to use
Well constructed
Joy stick very quick, difficult to use inside. seat is 26 inches from the ground, difficult for short person to mount and dismount.

Jazzy Air: Review
The sleek design, the ability to elevate.
I feel the weaknesses are the extra protruding elevating button should be positioned in aother location. The wiring from the controls should be placed better then open wires they could be cut by the armrest when raised if not careful. Also the light switch is positioned right under the main control when a person rest their hand on the armrest it switches the lights on without the driver knowing.
