A wonderful chair-couldn't live w/o it!

Strengths:

Great chair due to seat lift, ease of use. Have had 4 M61 chairs.

Weaknesses:

1. The seatback control is ONLY for right hand use--my 1st M61 seatback control was on the left side--Why not now? 2. The speed control is not properly programmed!!!--MUCH TOO SLOW!!!
