    74 year old with lung problems. Almost restricted to the house. Can only walk a few steps and have to be on oxygen continuously.

    I am David W. Cissell, the owner of a Mavrick POV 3 Scooter. It does what it is supposed to do. The only thing I don't like about it , is the charger
