So far so good. I have not used it that much though. My biggest fear is that there will be wheel problems, but so far so good.

The people were nice to work with and the chair was much better than I expected at such a low price.

Ease of purchase and quick service with friendly people to help customer. Chair is easy to move and fold. The two level axle is a great feature for those needing different heights. It operates very smoothly.

The only weakness I see in the chair is the weight. If it were lighter it would be easier to transport.

The user is a 99 year old lady and is getting along reasonably well with the chair. It took some adjustments to her way of doing chairs. She is happy

I can't imagine I didn't pay more for this wheelchair. I love the quality. It is very comfortable for my mother to sit in and is easy to use. It folds pretty compact and fits in back of car easily. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!

My only complaint is the weight of it when I try to put back away in the car.

Its a good product for simple movements but it needs some improvement in the seat of the chair especially where it slides up and down.Thats where one of the half circles braket has broken for us.....

The plastic pieces need to be made stronger or replaced with metal half circle pieces.
