Quality and comfort.

I think the brakes are difficult to apply. There is the awkward situation of wanting the brakes to be easily accessible to both the user of the chair and the caregiver.

This wheelchair is for my mother. She is 94. She has become unsteady on her feet. She becomes fatigued after walking a few hundred feet.

It is sturdy, great price, especially wanted the heel supports on the foot rests.

I can't think of any.
