Good product, good service, best price.
Comfort. The shocks on front and back make all the difference on bumpy sidewalks and streets. The location of the charging port on the shaft of the wheel is perfect. Most scooters have it under the seat. Best price and value I have found after searching for months.
I wish it had more power and a bigger basket.

I have COPD and weigh 280. I cannot be on my feet for more than a few minutes This scooter is the best solution to get out and about.
Exceeds my expectations. Thank You
I'm 6'1, 215 lbs, perfect fit. Floorboard gives me plenty of room. I also have to keep a suprapubic catheter in a bag, and there is plenty of room for that as well.
NONE so far. I's perfect.

I'm 64 yrs old, 215 lbs, 6'1" partial parapalegic. Can't walk or stand.
My scooter keeps me safe and allows me to get around .
It looks good, is lightweight, and is very easy to use .
I cannot think of anything that I would describe it as a weakness.

No regrets
Ample power. Really good for outdoor use. My back yard is sloping and bumpy, this scooter carries me thru it with ease. The ground clearance is excellent.
None so far.

Paraplegic. Weight is about 160 lbs.
It meets my needs nicely. Time will tell me more about it.
Does what I need it to do. To walk my dog. She also rides on it with me. Kids think that's great.
The seat is not all that comfortable but getting used to it. The light is bright to be seen but does not brighten the road ahead for potholes. Tried adjusting the light angle.

Handicapped, male, 76 years old. Unable to walk any distance. Use this product to walk my dog. I only use it for outside use.
3 weeks after purchase have used at two different...
Easy to transport, assemble, and did-assemble. Seems to have plenty of speed.
After using it for only a short time, have not really found any glaring weaknesses. Wish it was a little lighter as it can seem heavy at times, but sturdiness is an asset.

Great but still too many bumps while driving.
Good turning radius.
Springs don't work great.

perfect tool
perfect for our use
perhaps a bigger front basket

73 year old with mobility issues
Overall VERY satisfied with performance
1. Short turning radius 2. Seat size selection 3. Nice looking product
1. Poor instruction/maintenance manual. 2. Lack of handholds to lift scooter, if needed. 3. Detents on tiller angle adjustment not deep enough. Using tiller as balance brace moved adjustment.
