if a 10 was possible you would get it
Ease of use. I find it very easy to assemble or disassemble by myself. Before I bought it I read reviews that said it tipped easily on uneven surfaces. I went to a convention and had to park in the unpaved area, NO Problem with dirt, grass very uneven surface.
Seat could be a stuffed a bit more.

I'm 82 years old and in the process of having knee replacements done. my scooter will give me the freedom to still go on rides in fresh air
wonderful scooter
This was easy to put together and ideal for rather small spaces as it turns in a small radius. Good looking and works very well. Easily transportable.
We have not noticed any weakness in the product. The only weakness is I have a hard time getting my husband to get off it he likes it so much.

Easy to toss into the trunk of the car.
In no particular order: Heavy-built in areas that count; relatively light-weight; agile; quick; comfortable seat; reverse; no frills; ALL I need for car shows, museums, mall shopping, etc.; value at the price In-home service available. Responsive vendor.
I can shout louder than the horn; 1" or 2" larger tires would help in grass and over semi-rough terrain; 1" longer chassis would give more leg room (I'm 6'2" with long legs)
