That a handicapped person can manage this product fairly well.

That a swing out component was not built into the design. It makes no sense that it is an additional option even IF not everyone would need it. It also should have a license plate holder rather than an option for it. All of these things are part of "intelligent design" which basically means that it's a "no brainer" aspect.
