78 woman, bed bound with ms, unable to stand.
Easy to use
The electric lift is definetly the way to go much easier on the caregiver.
Not easy to push on carpet, we had to put down a laminate hard wood. Our aide needed help to push on carpet.

Mom, 82, dementia, not walking anymore. Dad, 85, bad walking mobility, has occasional falls
Does everything we need it to do and transfers smoothly and...
Strength is that it is light weight and is able to hold a larger weight capacity! Easy to maneuver and the brakes is an added bonus. We never had the brakes on our older Hoyer so this was really good.

I take care of a 64yr old patient with Multiple-sclerosis and she is a total care patient.
Needs better design for carpet use.
Ease of use. Does not require a large space for storage. Works as expected.
Very hard to move about on carpet. Maybe larger wheels would help.

69 year old female who is unable to be mobile without the lift. It transfers her from her bed to her chair to her wheelchair.
The lift was easy to assemble and use.
The lift was easy to assemble and use. I have not had it long enough to know how long the battery's will last. Overall I am very satisfied with the lift.
I wish it had 2 speeds. One fast and then slow. It would be nice to have different wheels for hardwood Floors or with carpet. The wheels seem to be for hardwood floors.

I am 59 years old. I am fiscal and active.
Makes getting my 272 pound husband off floor possible
Makes it possible to get him up by myself
It takes up a lot of room when not in use

I have RA and had to have an electric lift. I thought it was going to cost thousands for one and this one didn't which made it easier to purchase immediately by credit card.
It doesn't ride smoothly on rugs. I got a plastic piece which makes it easier to glide on but can still get a little tough. Otherwise it's a wonderful thing and made it possible to have mom at home!

I’m partially paralyzed and need lift assistance transferring from my bed to my wheelchair and vice versa.
It's a very good product, period.
Exceptionally well made. Ease of use.
Somewhat confusing assembly instructions, i.e. the matter of two washers on the main yoke. They didn't fit as supplied.
