It's comfortable and easy to use.

Not much width to it. I'm glad I didn't order the regular width. I have wide hips and wouldn't have fit.

I am disabled, big-boned, and elderly with a height of 5'3" in stocking feet. The seat is just wide enough for me.

The material is excellent: soft and beautiful. The motor works perfectly. I bought an oversize chair for her so she is able to really incline her legs and enjoy the comfort.

Absolutely nothing, it is a perfect chair for us.

It seems a little shaky when raised to the maximum height.

After standing up, it would be easier if there were a button that would put the chair in proper position.
