Comforter PR-535 with MaxiComfort: Review
The chair sits firmer than her old leather recliner, but she got used to this in a very short time and loves it. We were pleasantly surprised by the color and quality of the fabric.
not as attractive as her old recliner.

Comfort and design are good.
I love the heat and the choice of positions for my back and legs. I can nap or sit to do needle work.
I believe the vibration for one side is stronger on one side than the other. I use it rarely as it feels rather weak. The head rest while it is wellpadded, causes one's head to roll either to the right or left, because there is a deep seam just to both sides of center where ones head will roll if attempting to nap.

Great assistive and therapeutic chair!
Well-built; looks like a normal piece of furniture (motor and mechanisms well-hidden but easy to access for repair and maintenance); doesn't make user feel his disability is shouting its presence to family and friends.
Very heavy (but necessarily so). Make sure it's in the right spot before the delivery guys leave.

the chair suits the purpose for which it was purchased
so far, it works as expected but we haven't had it that long.
Patient thinks it is a little bit hard, not as comfortable as his old chair but he needs to be able to get in and out so the chair does perform as expected.
