at this point I am pleased
the different positions
I would like for the back to be upright while feet are up

I like it very much, with the one exception below.
Nicely made, small enough and yet comfortable.
I was a little disappointed because the reason I purchased this chair was to have the bottom and the back move totally separately. They do to a certain degree, but the forward movement of the back is limited and it moves backward a little, when the front part lifts, rather than moving totally separately; then it comes forward just a little, not enough, so I have to use a pillow to make up for that. Hope my explanation is clear.

Age 69; no disability; bought the chair for comfortable rest.
Yes, I would definitely recomend this product.
It has a very quiet motor, it lifts smoothly. It is very comfortable and can lay to a full sleeping position.
there are only 2 minor weaknesses. The head pillow is too thick and pushes your head down too much. The control could have a little bit longer cord.

I am happy with my purchase.
The product seems to be well constructed and durable. The cushions are packed well and offer good body support.
Since I have the chair for a short time I can't comment on long term weaknesses but so far so good.

the product is fine but we didn't like the service.
Its comfortable and appears easy to operate. It can recline fully.
The product is fine but it took way too long to deliver it. When she ordered it from the website she thought that it would take two weeks to deliver even with the special order. Unfortunately she never got a chance to use it. It would have been very handy for her to use it. We were also given misinformation as to whether it was being shipped from Nevada or the East Coast.

Great features, good price and looks good, too!
The infinite settings on this model are a most valuable feature. The chair is very comfortable and very attractive. Delivery was amazingly quick from order placement to in place.
So far the users report no weaknesses.

My husband is the primary user of this lift chair. It has made him more comfortable and stable. The chair is well made.

well built
the Back is too short and I can't rest my head without sliding way down into the seat and putting my lower back in distress. It may have been better to get the cloth with 3 pillows on the back. But I like the leather so I guess I'll have to take the one made for short people instead of the tall I ordered

machinery poked thru cushion, fabric too cheap, person sent...
The first week it was heaven. My husband got out of it very easily and often used the totally laid back position where his head was lower than his heart.
After the problem with the machinery poking thru the cushion, now it won't recline, the footrest was put back incorrectly and the cushion slopes up on one side.

Superior quality, plush, multifunctional, fabulous!
Unlike the more expensive lifting chair purchased locally for Mom, your chair has greater zero-gravity reclining, has vastly more positioning and is much much more plush and padded. The motor is obviously stronger and quiet.
None.

My dementia stricken stepdad loves the way the chair aids in rising, relaxing and massaging. We have to control the chair but once in it, it's great!
First two chairs broke, now on my third.
Customer service.
The products frame was very weak in the in the first two chairs that was shipped. The third chair is on it's way. This will be the last one I try before requesting my money back.
