LOVE LOVE LOVE this scooter!
Turns on a dime. Easy to operate. Compact. Doesn't need recharging for a long time.
The horn could be louder, but maybe that would scare the elderly!

Really nice scooter, light and compact easy to assemble
Compact, ease of assembly, very nice unit would recommend it to anyone.
Need a louder horn.

Light weight Very easy to drive. I like the size of it. Smaller makes it fit better in crowds
Unplugging the battery. I was told to use a screwdriver but it is still hard. It is best to use two people to do it.
