Heavier chair, but less likely to have something bend when...
This is a sturdy chair that easily slides into the trunk for travel. Wheels and frame are less likely to sustain damage from being in a trunk then lightweight chairs. Use bungee cords to hold it down. The chair appears to be of good quality and is more cost-effective than a lightweight chair. Insurance will only pay for one wheelchair, so make sure you pay out of pocket for the most cost effective quality chair you can find if you need two chairs. We have one power chair and this manual chair for transport in a car, plane.
It’s heavier than lightweight chairs and may be more difficult to lift for some people. We traded the lightweight titanium chair for this because the titanium bends easily when traveling in the trunk. More expensive to replace parts from a lightweight chair.

Wheelchair was purchased for my 60 year old husband who is physically disabled due to neuuropathy in his feet and legs.
A definite step-up from my last wheelchair.
The Viper Plus GT is rugged, and the hardware appears to be quality
I've been using the chair for less than a month; none at this juncture.

A very nice, lightweight chair. I use an electric chair for long distances, but this chair allows more flexibility for short distances.
GREAT wheelchair
Provides my mom with some independence as she can now wheel herself with this chair.

Functionally sound
It is functionally sound, lightweight, and has nice features.
This is obviously a "second." The logo is upside down on the back of the chair and it is attached incorrectly because the flap is attached to the bottom. I still may have purchased this, but for $500+, they should have specified that it was a "second."

My husband has a power wheelchair for home use, but we needed something for getting him to doctor's appointments.
