It is made in China and I wonder when there will be a recall.

rolls smoothly and folds easily

locking the brake is very hard for an elderly person.

Cost. Weight. storage area.

Brakes need to be a little more beefy. Wheels need tires that will not skid on carpet and tile floors when brakes are locked.
