I bought the chair for my husband who is 91 years old and has difficulty in getting out of chairs. This product is wonderful - I do not have to worry

The way it is built, everything is heavey duty. Not like a name brand Big Man's Chair that only lasted a few months. The construction will out last me, Thank You for caring.

The seat area could be a little more comfortable. It is very stiff and at times bothers my lower back. Maybe a little more foam or a gel cusion would work.

easy to use remote control, has built-in massage and heat, nice remote control, great for bariatric and/or disabled customers

a chair button already broke off in the first month of use causing the heat pack to penetrate into back, now it hurts back. the remote is attached to chair in the wrong place, if it falls, it can't always be reached!!! my feet hang off the end, need to be able to customize the feet height. back could be more comfortable. the heat/massage needs to stay on longer than 15 minutes (30 minutes would be better, or a timer)
