Construction of the product. Ease of use Not needing tie downs and having the mechanical arm hold the scooter in place is a great feature, in my opinion

Have not used the product long enough to make that evaluation. However, in the short time I have had it, it has functioned flawlessly.

THIS IS A WELL BUILT UNIT AND WORKS SO NICE LOAD AND YOUR ON YOUR WAY WITH IN A FEW MINUTES. THE SWING ARM WORKS GREAT FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING THINGS FORM THE TRUCK OR SUV THANKS FOR THE QUALITY WORKMANSHIP

MAYBE THE LICENSE PLATE AREA SHOULD BE MOVE HIGHER SO WHEN THE COVER IS ON THE SCOOTER IT CAN BE SEEN

Easy to use and install. Rides well, never know the scooter is there.

Must keep nuts and bolts tightened, road vibration can loosen them.

Need detailed instructions on installing the hitch adaptor. I was able to figure it out after looking at the picture of an installed unit.
