Great design and product
Love the adjustability of height. Fairly easy installation.
Needs to come with some double sided tape to secure it, so that it will not move from side to side.

Great product, very functional and easy to install.
Extremely helpful in providing support to the patient and very easy to install.
No specific cons except it could be heavier to increase sturdiness. Even though the patient knows it is not going to detach from the comode, the legs shift. Again, it could possibly be the floor not even. Either way, it is a great product because once it is installed as directed, it will not detach allowing the patiet to be independent in some areas of his/her life. This is very important to them. Thank you, A. Smith, TX

87 year old male with Alzheimer's.
Has helped to sit and to get up from toilet.
Ease of installation and adaptability to toilet height.
The arms do not fit tight enough in the mounting an therefore there is a lot of looseness and movement in the arms and supporting frame.
