A great powerchair ruined by a bad controller!
PRICE, delivery and setup. Pride name and reputation. It is quiet, comfortable, maneuverable, but ruined by the unreliable and unsafe controller.
This controller is a complete failure! I cannot drive in a straight line or turn correctly. I bump into things as it lurches and fish-tails crazily. The first one was the same way until it died after 8 days (error codes 7 and 9). The controller in my 10 year old Jet3 is still working perfectly! I wish Pride would recall this (expletive deleted) and go back to the great controller that they used to provide! With a decent controller, this would be great!
